Whenever you purchase any script from https://codecanyon.net, it comes with 6 month support. In general:


Item support includes:

  • Availability of the author to answer questions
  • Answering technical questions about item’s features
  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues
  • Help with included 3rd party assets

However, item support does not include:

  • Customization services
  • Installation services

The script is well documented and documentation is available online at http://support.scriptmint.com. The installation guideline is also available in support portal.


The script doesn't contain installation services and if you wish to avail installation services, you need to pay $50 in advance for one time installation service whether in live server or local server. The installation services will be carried out via Skype chat and buyers need to share their screen to install the system. In some cases, server credentials may be required to share with author which can be changed immediately after installation is done on buyer's server.


The script doesn't contain customization services. If you have knowledge of Laravel & Vue.js then you can customize the script yourself. However if not, you can hire any other developer or hire ScriptMint by filling request quote form available at https://scriptmint.com/request-quote. All the customization services will be charged $15 per hour which will be paid in advance via Paypal or Transferwise.com.


In case, you face any issue with the script, you can login into your admin panel, navigate to support page available in the header menu and submit the form with desired details. Please note, support is only available if you have purchased the application from https://codecanyon.net and entered valid access code during installation. If you have pirated version of script, you may not be eligible for support.  Once you submit the support form, a ticket will be created at http://support.scriptmint.com portal and that will be further assisted by ScriptMint over there.



Also note that, if your support period is expired, you may not be able to receive support services from the author. In that case, you have to renew your support by visiting https://codecanyon.net


Updates:


Updates are available if you have valid access code put in your script file. You can visit update page available in header menu to check for updates. In case any update is available you will get two buttons:

  1. Download - This will only download the update file in your admin folder. You can manually install the update by replacing all the files with updated files or you can still choose to update automatically by clicking on "Update" button. 
  2. Download & Update - This will download the update and then install the update at one click. On successful updation, your page will be refreshed.



It is strongly suggested to take full backup of all your application before performing any kind of update. In case you forget or miss to take backup, author will not be responsible for any undesirable output.


Also note, if you have made any customization in your script and perform the update, your customization will be overwritten. In that case, you can choose to download the update option and then manually update by comparing files.
