The class timing feature is used to show the timing sessions of an institute (school/college/university) during an educational session. In most of the institute divides their educational session timings into two sessions, based on the seasonal conditions, and each educational session contains multiple class timing sessions.  This module is used to record class timing session details at one place. This feature can be accessed under the academic module. 

 

Permission: This module contains four permissions.

 

List Class timing

Anyone with this permission can list all the class timing

Create Class timing

Anyone with this permission can create a class timing

Edit Class timing

Anyone with this permission can edit class timing

Delete Class timing

Anyone with this permission can delete class timing

 

To assign or change permission, visit <your_url>/configuration/permission

 

Below is the screenshot of the class timing module listing class timing details. This module is saved information in terms of Name, Session Duration, Description and Last Updated at



In the top right side, there are options to:

  • Add new class timing - This will open a form to add class timing details.
  • Sort By - This allows you to sort the record in ascending or descending order by supported columns
  • More Option - This allows you to view/hide class timing session details and take a print out of class timings or to download a list of class timings.

 

In the bottom left, there is an option to navigate to the next and previous pages. In the bottom right, there is an option to set pagination i.e. number of records per page.

In every row, there are options to edit class timing & delete class timing.



Above is the screenshot of form to create class timing, where you need to enter desired. Once you complete all the details, you can click on the save button to store the class timing.
