The Parent feature is used to visualize the details of parents/guardians of all the students in an institute (school/college/university). Below is the screenshot of the Parent module. In this module, information of the parents/ guardian is available in the form of Father's Name, Mother's Name, and First Guardian Contact Number. Each row contains the option of delete to remove the details of a parent.
In the top right side, there are options to:
- Add new parent - Here you can open a form to add parent details and save it.
- Filter - This allows you to filter with First Guardian Name and Second Guardian Name.
- Sort By - This allows you to sort the record in ascending or descending order by supported columns
- More Option - This allows you to take a print out of parent lists or to download a list of students in the form of pdf.
In the bottom left, there is an option to navigate to the next and previous pages. In the bottom right, there is an option to set pagination i.e. number of records per page.
Above is the screenshot of form to add new parents for a list of parents, where you need to enter the desired input. Once you complete all the details, you can click on the save button to store the parent list.
