Stock Item module is used to maintain records of stocks in your institute like Stock item etc. This feature can be accessed through Inventory -> Stock Item.
Permission : This module contains four permissions.
| List Stock Item | Anyone with this permission can list all the Stock Item |
| Create Stock Item | Anyone with this permission can create a Stock Item |
| Edit Stock Item | Anyone with this permission can edit Stock Item |
| Delete Stock Item | Anyone with this permission can delete Stock Item |
To assign or change permission, visit <your_url>/configuration/permission.
In the top right side, there are options to:
• Add New Stock Item - This will open a form to add new Stock Item.
• Filter- This allows you to filter as per the available options.
• Sort By - This allows you to sort the in ascending or descending order by supported columns.
• More Option - This allows you to take print out or to download list of Stock Item details
In every row, there are options to edit & delete Stock Item details.
In the bottom right, there is option to set pagination i.e. number of records per page.
Here is the screenshot of form to add a new Stock Category. Once you complete all the details, you can click on save button to save the Stock Category details.
