Vendor module is used to maintain records of vendors in your institute. This feature can be accessed through Inventory -> Vendor.
Permission: This module contains four permissions.
List Vendor | Anyone with this permission can list all the Vendor |
Create Vendor | Anyone with this permission can create a Vendor |
Edit Vendor | Anyone with this permission can edit Vendor |
Delete Vendor | Anyone with this permission can delete Vendor |
To assign or change permission, visit <your_url>/configuration/permission.
In the top right side, there are options to:
• Add New Vendor - This will open a form to add new Vendor.
• Filter - This allows you to filter as per the available options.
• Sort By - This allows you to sort the in ascending or descending order by supported columns.
• More Option - This allows you to take print out or to download list of Vendor details
In every row, there are options to edit & delete Vendor details.
In the bottom right, there is option to set pagination i.e. number of records per page.
Here is the screenshot of form to add new Vendor. Once you complete all the details, you can click on save button to save the Vendor details.
