InstiKit stores student's record including qualifications, documents, bank accounts, promotion & termination with history. Student profile can be done by navigating to the left panel of the dashboard to Student->student list. Here you can select or filter the student and enter their profile page. Please take a look on below given screen shots.

Permission: This module contains three permissions. 

Edit Student
Anyone with this permission can Edit Student
Promote Student
Anyone with this permission can Promote Student
Terminate Student
Anyone with this permission can Terminate Student


To assign or change permission, visit <your_url>/configuration/permission.



In the top right side, there are options to: 

    Student - This will open a list of students.

    Edit Student - This will allow you to edit student profile including all the element.

    More Option - This allows you to view details, set fee, print and download list of fee details.

 

The student profile page have several records including Basic Information, Parent Information, Contact Information, Document Information, Qualification Information, Sibling Information, Account Information, User Login, Fee History, Attendance History, Exam Report, Promotion History and Termination History. Please have a look on below given each element of student profile.


Basic Information:  

It contains student’s all basic information including name, date of birth, gender, caste, religion and blood group etc. You can edit the information at any time by click the button of edit student on the top right corner of student profile page.



Parent Information:

Th parent information section shows all the detailed information of parents including guardians name, date of birth and their qualification as well as their email and contact number.  You can edit the information at any time by click the button of edit student on the top right corner of student profile page. Please look at below given screen shot.



Contact Information:

Contact Information section allow you to view student contact information including contact number, email, emergency contact name, emergency contact number, present and permanent address. You can edit the information at any time by click the button of edit student on the top right corner of student profile page. For the better understanding please have a look at below given screen shot.



Document Information: 

This module is allowed to manage and upload student's document into various document type. Before uploading the document, you should configure the Student Document Type through configuration->module configuration->student configuration-> Student Document Type. Here, you can define document types to specify a student document such as "Birth Certificate", "Transfer Certificate" etc. while uploading.




Above is the screenshot to add new document, where you need to enter desired details like title and student document type. Once you complete all the details and upload the document, you can click on save button to save the new document details.  


Qualification Information:

This section allows you to manage and upload student's qualification records at one place. You can upload the qualification document at any time by click the button of edit student on the top right corner of student profile page. Please look at below given screen shot.




Above is the screenshot to add new qualification, where you need to enter desired details like standard, institute name, board/university name, result and period. Once you complete all the details and upload the document, you can click on save button to save the new qualification details.  


Sibling Information:

This section allows you to view sibling information including admission number, name and batch. Please have look on below given screen shot.





Account Information:

This section allows you to add and manage student's bank account details, mark one of the accounts as primary. You can edit the information at any time by click the button of edit student on the top right corner of student profile page. For the better understanding please have a look at below given screen shot.



Above is the screenshot to add new account, where you need to enter desired details like account name, account number, bank name, branch name, bank identification code and option to account primary. Once you complete all the details, you can click on save button to save the new account details.  


User Login:

This section allows you to add and manage student's login access for student and parent. You can you can allow for access the account at any time by click the button of edit student on the top right corner of student profile page. Please have a look at below given screen shot.




By clicking edit student button, you can allow for access the account. Here, you have to enter details for student and parent including their email, username and password. You can also change the password of already accessed account.


Fee History

This section allows you to view fee history of a student. Please take a look on below given screen shot.



From this section, you are able to view student fee by click fee button. Below given screen shot shows the fee detail of the student.



Attendance History

This section allows you to view attendance history of a student at a single place. Please take a look on below given screen shot.



Exam Report

This section allows you to view exam report of each term or non-term exam with all the subject. Please have a look on below given screen shot.



Promotion History

This section allows you to promotion history of the student. Here all information is available in the form of  Adm No,     Batch, Date of Admission, Date of Promotion and Promotion Remarks. 



You can edit the information at any time by click the button of edit student on the top right corner of student profile page. Here you can use edit button to edit the information. For the better understanding please have a look at below given screen shot.




Above is the screenshot to edit record, where you need to enter desired details like Date of Admission/Promotion, Batch and Admission Number. Once you complete all the details, you can click on save button to save the promotion details.  



Termination History

This section allows you to termination history including the details of Adm No, Batch, Date of Admission, Date of Promotion, Date of Termination and Termination Reason.  Here, you can view the termination information by pressing button of view. You can you can allow to edit termination history at any time by click the button of edit student on the top right corner of student profile page. Please have a look at below given screen shot.




Above is the screenshot to add new termination history, where you need to enter desired details like Adm No, Batch, Date of Admission, Date of Promotion, Date of Termination and Termination Reason. Once you complete all the details and upload the document, you can click on save button to save the new account details.
